Ururur humidifying operation

Daikin’s exclusive system requires no separate water supply,*1   so there is no need to add water and no worries about mould.
Using a humidifier unit in the outdoor unit, the Ururu humidifying operation function extracts moisture from outdoor air and uses it to raise the moisture level of the indoor air throughout the room. The system is very hygienic because there is no water tank requiring periodic refilling.

Humidified heating

Ururu humidifying operation is the ideal form of winter heating because it combines the functions of an air conditioner (heater) and a humidifier in a single system. The powerful humidifying function spreads warm, moisturised air evenly to every corner of the room. Humidity is maintained at the ideal level for skin that is sensitive to dryness.

When the weather is rainy or on summer nights, using the air conditioner’s cooling and dehumidifying function can end up making the air uncomfortably chilly. Sarara drying operation (dehumidifying with reheating)*1 uses waste heat from the outdoor unit to warm the cold dehumidified air, and then sends it into the room at precisely the right temperature.

The programme dry operating mode of a conventional air conditioner removes moisture by operating in a reduced capacity cooling mode. This causes the indoor temperature to drop. Sarara drying operation removes moisture from the air without lowering the indoor temperature. It is ideal for humid times such as during rainy weather when the temperature is not particularly high.
