Extended in 2007, Dama Arya was known as the only representative of SAKURA Corporation in Iran. Having done the best services and qualities, DAIKIN Japan and TECO Taiwan representation was also established in 2008.
While the market was growing, demand for more services and also belief in keeping the highest service standards, resulted another company called Dama Arya Company. Started as a division within Dama Corporation, That now is famous for their top quality services, expert advice, and providing the market with best quality products.
Dama Arya Company, the only agent for Sakura Japan, Daikin Japan and Teco Taiwan in Iran and The middle east, established 2001, is functioning as the right wing of Dama Corporation to focus on A/C market. Dama performs the following services on their respective divisional activities:
Marketing: Providing information on the competition, furnishing the team with marketing plan and drafting advertisement and promotional strategies.
Importing: Performing official formalities, credit handling and payments, shipping arrangements, and stock watch.
Sales: distribution over the national wholesales and established sales channels.
Warranty: Dama Arya issues its own guaranty and warranty certificates for every item that is sold. This assures customers who are willing to purchase an imported brand that there will always be some one responsible within their reach to answer any technical question they might have and in case of a faulty function, their money is saved!
Installation and after sales services: Every item that requires installation by professional staff, such as A/Cs, is installed free of charge for the client. Also one hour free training is also provided to the customer in order to make sure the customer understand how to operate with the system.
